DESCRIPTION
A pourable, high quality, water resistance tile and stone setting adhesive with additional working time, exceptional
flexibility and high bond strength. It is prepared with a unique blend of carefully selected superior grade ingredients,
premium cement and treated aggregates. It eliminates back buttering to the large format tiles and increases
installation speed. It is a smooth, flexible adhesive that provides excellent wet-out on the back of the floor tiles and
eliminate the voids.
Mixing ratio: Approximately 12 litre for 30 kg powder
Open time: Approx 40 min
Adjustment time: Approx 40 min
Pot life: Approx 4 hrs
Shear bond strength: Minimum 300 PSI (2 N/mm² )
Tensile adhesion strength: Minimum 550 PSI (3.79 N/mm²)
Compressive strength: Minimum 4750 PSI (32.75 N/mm²)
Duration for light foot traffic: 6 hrs
Duration for normal foot traffic : 24 hrs
Duration for heavy foot traffic : 72 hrs
Duration for grouting : 24 hrs
