• Stir resin Part A and Part B seprately and mechanically before mixing.
• Add hardener Part B to resin Part A.
• Mixing ratio: 2:1 by weight.
• Mix small quantity to avoid gelling before application (approx 5-6 kg of total mix).
• Stir and mix continuously for 3 mins untill uniformity achieved.
• Avoid air entrainment.
• Use low speed electric stirrer.
• During the mixing operation, scrape down the sides and bottom of the container with a flat or straight edge trowel at least once to ensure complete mixing
• Continuous, pore free coat should cover the substrate.
• If necessary, apply two priming coats. Maintain interval of 2 hours .

Flexural strength – 42N/mm²(14days/+27°C)
Bond strength – Concrete failure
Absorption – Resist to all mind chemicals

Points to remember:

• Do not apply ACEFLOOR 401 -Epoxy floor-Primer on substrates with rising moisture.
• Freshly applied ACEFLOOR 401 -Epoxy floor-Primer should be protected from damp, condensation and water for atleast 24 hours
